Customizable Clothing with eShakti

As a 5 foot, petite gal (who is often mistaken to be way younger than I actually am, hah!), sometimes it can be difficult finding clothes that fit my small body type. I was ecstatic when eShakti reached out for a collaboration. If you haven’t heard, eShakti is the only online women’s fashion brand that offers sizes 0-36W, as well as customized clothing. They have solid patterns for more basic staple closet pieces, as well as unique special prints for fun occasions/events. The style of their clothing is really suitable for women of all ages! My favorite part about this company is that it truly embraces women of all shapes and sizes. They currently have a campaign going on called ‘Real Fashion for Real People’, where they have partnered with real women that have benefited from their customized clothing sizes. I’m a huge advocate of any and all positive body image retail campaigns, and I’m super excited to share this particular experience with y’all!

eShakti carries dresses, tops, skirts, pants, jeans, and even wedding attire! You can even filter by ‘best sellers’ or popular patterns that they carry. When I was browsing the site, I fell in love with this bell sleeve blouse. We all know that the bell sleeve trend is taking OVER the style of the season – and I couldn’t be any happier about that 🙂 There are two options when you are selecting a size:

Standard Size – this is the one I went with! You enter in your height and also choose from a size XS (for your reference – that is what I’m wearing in the photos) up to a size 6X. They have a chart that breaks out the main sizes based on bust, weight, and hip sizes.
Custom Size – this option is also super simple, especially if you already know your body measurements! You enter in your exact sizes for bust, chest, hip, shoulder, under bust, upper arm, and waist. In addition, you also enter in high point shoulder to bust point, high point shoulder to waist, and high point shoulder to knee. If you don’t know these sizes, they also have a little help button that provides you with instructions on how to do so!

Now this is the fun part…you can customize an item of clothing to your personal style, or just order the product as shown in the image! Obviously the options will vary based on what type of clothing you select, but for this particular top the customizable style options included neckline, sleeve type, and clothing length. So cool!

When it came in the mail, as expected…the top fit me PERFECTLY! You can tell the fabric is also great quality and long lasting. Plus…the best part is that they have a FREE RETURNS policy so even if somehow it doesn’t fit you, you won’t have to spend any money returning it. I love this brand because when you’re ordering, you almost feel like a designer yourself 😉 To complete the look, I paired this top with some black skinny jeans (yay for Fall!) and accessorized with a Tory Burch leopard bag.
