Anyone who hangs out with me knows that I am pretty much ALWAYS smiling. Yes, I’m one of those people who has a wide grin on their face basically 24/7. - The Smile Brilliant Lab creates your customized trays – you will receive your clear plastic teeth trays in about a week.
- Start the whitening process! Squeeze a thin layer of whitening gel in the teeth trays and you can leave it in anywhere from 30 minutes – 3 hours, depending on how sensitive your teeth are. I choose to leave them in for about an hour. There is also desensitizing gel that really helps if you have super sensitive teeth. My teeth are already pretty used to whitening products, so they aren’t too sensitive.
