Who doesn’t love getting dolled up? There’s something about a massage, nail appointment, or hair blowout that can make a girl feel a million times more fabulous! Living in NYC, I feel like I’m always so busy all the time and literally always on the go – but somehow it’s a must for me to stay super organized with my schedule because I think I mayyy have OCD 😛
Anyways, recently I discovered an awesome salon appointment booking app called Lookbooker that is so easy and convenient for any glam girl on the go! You could compare it to OpenTable, but instead for salons that will get you all dolled up and fancy. Top salons (there are currently 500+!) featured on the app can be filtered by location and include anything from hair, nails, waxing, massages and more! This is a great app if you know what service you want, but don’t know where to go! Lookbooker lets you schedule your appointment through the app and reschedule at any time – you can even pay through the app with a swipe of a button.
I booked a blowout last weekend with RPZL, a blowout/extensions/braiding salon through Lookbooker. Fun fact: I have never gotten a blowout before…I know, what kind of girl am I?! It was an amazing, incredible experience – and if you happen to live in NYC, RPZL is a must go! The place is bright and airy, decorated SUPER cute (can you say instagram worthy?!), and has the friendliest staff. Mel was my hair stylist and she was so fabulous/super sweet. I decided to get soft waves/curls for my blowout and it took about an hour. My hair turned out so gorgeous with all the volume and I wish I could get my hair done by her everyday…I left feeling like a total queen!
