YAY, finally it’s starting to warm up in NYC! It hasn’t really felt like Spring yet in the city, so I’m pumped to actually start wearing seasonal outfits. This season, it seems like it’s all about the tassels lately. No longer does the term ‘tassels’ make me think about graduation caps or antique curtains anymore – instead, tassels are taking over style influencers’ feeds and popping up on every ‘must-have’ fashion list. There’s something super fun and flirty about tassels that make them the perfect addition on an outfit. The best part is that the details are on everything…clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry. I just love the frilly and colorful vibes that tassels give off, especially when they bring movement to a look!
I’ve been on the hunt for a top or dress with tassels on it, and luckily stumbled upon the perfect tassel dress from Shein that is everything I dreamed of! It’s a 3/4 sleeved white dress with the cutest designed colored embroidery pattern + darling little tassel details. Can you say obsessed?! It’s perfect for the cool weather right now – the material isn’t super thick and it’s a pretty short length. I wore it with some blue and paired it with my pink / pink to bring out some of the brightness of the colors.
