Happy Bachelorette Monday! Where are all my bachelor fans at? Bachelorette/Bachelor nights are my favorite and I’m super excited that it’s finally back. I’ve been watching this show ever since middle school (I blame my parents), so I’m a huge fan over here. I play in bachelor brackets (kind of like fantasy leagues), so I take those rose ceremonies pretty seriously sometimes – ha! I’m such an advocate for the show that I’ve convinced multiple guys and pretty much all of my past roommates to get into it. I’m a hopeless romantic yes (I love watching anything related to finding love!!), but I’ll guiltily admit that I enjoy watching this show more for the entertainment and drama.
What do y’all think about Rachel? I guess soon enough we’ll get to know her more! From Nick’s season, I got that she’s sweet, pretty, has a fun personality, and super successful - but in my opinion wasn’t a huge standout from the rest of the other girls. I love that ABC chose a diverse bachelorette for the first time, but I really hope that isn’t the main focus of the season. Nevertheless, I think it’ll be really interesting to see more diversity amongst the guys this season compared to other seasons – apparently this is the most diverse group to date! I looked at the list and at first glance no one seems to stand out to me as a front runner based on looks ๐ One thing I know for sure…those first few guys that were on ATFR did not impress me at all and had pretty weird opening one liners. Well, good luck to her! Hoping she finds real love that she deserves ๐ I couldn’t even imagine dating that many guys at once…I’d get super confused and probably have an anxiety attack, LOL.
In honor of Bachelorette Monday, I thought it would be a perfect time to share details on this lovely customized ROSE dress that I got from eShakti! You may have remembered, but this is one of the first brands I blogged about – super excited to partner with them again almost a year later ๐ As a little refresher, eShakti is an online womenâs fashion brand that offers sizes 0-36W, as well as customized clothing. Their patterns consist of solid patterns for basic staple closet pieces, in addition to super unique prints for fun occasions. I love how the company focuses on embracing women of all shapes and sizes.
Below are some deets about how their sizing works:
- Standard Size â You put in your height and then choose from a size XS (FYI â that is what Iâm wearing in the photos)Â up to a size 6X. There is a chart that breaks out the main sizes based on bust, weight, and hip sizes.
- Custom Size â If you already know your body measurements, this may be the better option for you. You enter in your exact sizes for bust, chest, hip, shoulder, under bust, upper arm, and waist. In addition, you also enter in high point shoulder to bust point, high point shoulder to waist, and high point shoulder to knee. If you donât know these sizes, they also have a little help button that provides you with instructions on how to do so.
Every clothing item is fully customizable – so you can customize based on personal style or just order the product as shown on the detail page. The options will vary based on what type of clothing you select, but some examples of what you can customize are: neckline, sleeve type, and clothing length.
This rose print dress I picked has the cutest style, and isn’t the print super fun? It’s feminine, chic + romantic – totally perfect for a brunch outfit, dinner date, or to ring in the new season of the Bachelorette ๐ ! I customized this dress to be a mini dress length. I am obsessed with how unique the cross strap neck style is – it looks almost like a halter + skirt! To complete the look, I accessorized this with a fun red/orange ruffle + amazing black/gold lace up heels from Gamiss.

A huge thanks to eShakti for collaborating on this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
