Hi lovelies! As we head into Memorial Day weekend, I’m realizing that June (my favorite month!) is right around the corner. June is a huge month for me for many reasons, and I have many exciting blog posts in the works to share with y’all. June consists of:
- My birthday month– YAY, but at the same time… boo, I’ll be officially heading into my *late* 20’s. Side note – the other day a guy was asking my age and I told him to guess…he guessed 27. I used to have people guess I was like 21 or 22, seriously what happened to me?! Haha, am I visibly old now or something? I guess I’ll just have to think positive and stick by the theory that you are only as old as you feel 🙂
- My 2 YEAR anniversary of living in NYC – whaaat?! I can’t believe this. It seems like just yesterday I was packing up my things and leaving behind the tundra that they call Minneapolis. I’ll officially have lived here longer than in Minnesota, which is completely wild to me! What’s even crazier is it’s been 4 years since I’ve lived in Texas (luckily, I’ve kept up with my southern roots and still frequently say y’all + listen to country music on the reg 😉 ).
- My 1 year anniversary of launching The Livstyle -Â Time really flies if I’ve really been blogging for a year now. I’ve worked so hard to grow my blog where it is today, and I couldn’t be happier where I’m at 🙂 It’s been quite a journey!
- SUMMER! –Â aka, rooftop season.
Separate blog posts and more to come on the above! For now, since we’re on the topic of the fact that we’re slowing transitioning into summer and BLOOMIN’ into June, I thought it’d be the perfect time to share the cutest floral print dress from Gamiss. I love rocking a mini dress, especially when it’s hot outside! This bohemian dress has a darlin’ floral print that is super girlie and feminine (I may or may not be matching the blooms found in CP). I love that it’s off the shoulder, which is one of my favorite cuts! The chest area is a stretchy fabric so it’s super comfy, and the material is light/airy! Y’all won’t believe the price either – it’s right above $10 (such a steal!!). It also comes in a wine red color. This dress was perfectly complemented with these gold + gold . Also, how cute are these cateye style ShopSueyBoutique sunnies that I scored from Jane?

A huge thanks to Gamiss for collaborating on this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
