Summer shoppin’ had me a blast…yes, summer is by far my fave season for making a fashion statement! Okay, I guess Fall would be a very close second ๐ – but I personally just love living in crop tops, short shorts and wedges/sandals. Especially being a Texas gal (eeek, that TX heat though), it’s no surprise that most of my wardrobe consists of summer-ready pieces ๐
I’ve gotten asked a lot why I’m so obsessed with the shopping in New York. Simple answer – the cutest local boutiques that you stumble upon! I love supporting local business in NYC, and they usually have such darling, unique pieces. I was PUMPED that I got to partner with Townhouse Shops. It’s a boutique with stores in Soho and Hoboken. Their store in Soho is literally the cutest store I’ve ever seen! It’s decorated so trendy and girly with such a wide variety of clothing…*warning*, you might find yourself shopping there for HOURS.
So how darn cute is this striped OTS top? I love that the sleeves are detached in a way that you don’t have to keep pulling your top down to make sure it stays off the shoulder (you gals totally know what I’m referring to… #thestruggle). The material is light and flowy, perf for that hot NYC weather. I’m obsessed with these shorts – super adorbs with little white daisies on them. My retro-style white sunnies are also from this boutique – so mod right?! Townhouse Shops carries clothing, accessories, shoes and jewelry – with the prettiest prints and brightest colors.
