Y’all have recently been making comments that my hair is SUPER long and asking if I have extensions…to answer, I’m letting y’all in on a little secret about my annual routine: get a haircut. Yes, I only get a haircut once a year – that’s how I keep my locks long. Probablyyyy not the healthiest decision ever, but I love the long length and sometimes it can be hard for me to part (no pun intended 😉 ) from it.
For most girls, their hair is their treasure and it’s always hard to find a place that you can trust enough to actually give you the haircut you want. I’m super picky about my hair, and honestly when it comes to salons – I’m not that easy to please. SO for any gals that live in New York and looking for a FABULOUS hair salon, get excited! I’m sharing my recent experience with Jadore Salon and *spoiler alert* – it was amazing. I’ve tried out my fair share of salons in New York, and none of them really impressed me too much before this one. Located on the Upper East Side of New York, Jadore Salon specializes in haircuts, blowouts, coloring, balayage and keratin. I got a cut & blowout – I wanted to cut off about 4 inches of my hair and add a TON of volume and layers. My stylist did just that, and the before and after pics below are insane! My hair went from drab to fab. I cannot recommend this salon enough 🙂
P.S. The service is also super – my appt was on time & the workers at this salon are so sweet (they really make sure that you’re super satisfied with the outcome!)
