Headbands. I remember the days back in elementary and middle school where headbands were “so coolâ€. Then at some point, the “coolness†factor kind of wore off, and people stopped wearing them for a bit. I can honestly (and possibly ‘embarrassingly’ to some) say that I have always consistently LOVED wearing headbands and have continued to rock them every chance I’ve gotten over the years. Guys I’ve dated in the past would always make fun of me because they would say it made me look like a ‘little girl.’ WELL, who’s laughing now? 
Headbands are in style, thank you very much, and I don’t see the trend leaving us anytime soon! 
What’s even better than a normal headband is a headband that gives BACK. Y’all can bet that I will always support any boutique or brand that gives back – I’m all about fashion with a cause. When the Lexi Lou Boutique reached out to promote their lend-a-hand headbands, I was immediately game. I mean, how cute is this floral pattern (called ‘folk floral‘)? They have a ton of other cute styles as well, and with every headband purchase – the boutique will donate $1 to a charitable cause (changes monthly!). In the month of August they are donating to ROAD DOGS & RESCUE from Los Angeles, CA. In a commercialized era where we sometimes get distracted and wrapped up in the materialistic things, I wanted to share with y’all this fun way that you can easily help give back to an amazing cause (only for $9.99!). I’m so proud to support the boutique, and I really commend the company for taking this huge, thoughtful initiative to make a change in the world.
