Hellooo, my darlings! It’s been a minute, huh? Summertime has been flying by, and I’m sorry that I haven’t taken much time to crank out more of these blog posts for y’all! In all honesty, I’ve been spending all my time on the ‘gram…which makes sense why I’ve had a major eye strain lately *sweating emoji* Anywhooo…it’s been awhile since I’ve introduced myself to some of my new followers (hiiii friends!) on a more personal level, so wanted to do a fun ‘Get to Know Me’ blog post in a random Q+A format! Let’s go 🙂
1. Do you go by Liv or Olivia?
Either! Some people (most, actually) only call me Olivia, others only call me Liv. None of my family calls me Liv, but a lot of my friends do. I identify with both – hence my blog name 🙂
2. Do you have any siblings?
Yes! My sister Brittany is 2.5 years older than me – we’re very diff in interests, but not too diff in personality! She is married, has two kids and lives in H-town.
3. Where did you grow up?
Many people don’t know this about me (because I identify with being a Texan over anything), but I was born in Florida. I moved to Houston when I was 3 years old, and lived there until college! Which leads me to…
4. Where did you go to college?
Hook ’em horns!! I went to school at the University of Texas at Austin – proud longhorn over here!
5. What did you major in?
I majored in Marketing and minored in Management.
6. What did you think you wanted to be when you grew up?
I have always wanted to be a news reporter! Kind of still do secretly 😛
7. What did you do in high school?
I was on the dance team all four years! Didn’t have much time for anything else, haha.
8. What was your first job ever?
I worked at Jamba Juice – gotta love unlimited smoothies.
9. What’s your next vacation and where are you going?
Back to Houston to see my fam for a bit, and then road tripping to Austin for my girllll Katie’s bachelorette!! <3
10. Do you speak any other languages?
I can understand *some* Chinese, but I definitely am not able to speak it conversationally. I know a few words here and there, but my parents would probably be the only people that would understand what I’m saying…LOL. I know a good amount of Spanish though!
11. Where do you work?

12. How tall are you?
A lot of people are shocked by this one – apparently I look tall in photos? Buttttt I’m only 5 feet. Petite and proud 🙂
13. Favorite dessert?
OMG, I don’t even know if I could choose just one! I have a total sweet tooth (wish I didn’t!!). Cookies or Flan, probably.
14. Astrological sign?
I’m a Cancer, but I’m not quite sure if all the personality traits match up to me. Loyal and intuitive yes, highly sensitive or moody – not so much.
15. Current life updates?
Just moved in with my BF a month ago and it’s been the best! On another note, we’re currently in the midst of decorating our apt – so any home inspo ideas, please send them my way!
