Hey friends! Hope y’all have been hanging in there during these quarantined times. One thing that I’ve been really focusing on while spending so much time at home has been self-care. Mental healthcare, skincare, and *of course* oral care.
I wanted to share how I’ve been really able to optimize my oral care routine recently – introducing Oral-B GENIUS 8000. I’ve owned my fair share of Oral-B toothbrushes throughout the years (my dentist has always recommended this brand – and it’s been accepted by the American Dental Association, so makes sense!), but this is by far the best, most advanced electric toothbrush I’ve ever owned. You can personalize your very own toothbrush based on your specific oral care goals; there are 6 different cleaning modes to brush. Whitening has always been my goal, but these additional modes are very helpful for those of you with sensitive teeth. The brush head is round, which helps you brush each tooth thoroughly along your gum line the way that dentists recommend. I thought the travel case that was included was also so cool and convenient – it can charge your brush AND smartphone.
Sharing some *other* healthy brushing habits for y’all if it’s helpful:
- Brush for at least two minutes when you do! The GENIUS 8000 has a two minute timer to keep you in check.
- Don’t skip any areas! Brush in each quadrant of the mouth. You can connect your toothbrush with the Oral-B smartphone app to give you feedback on your brushing habits. Super cool, right?
- Be sensitive with your gums – there is a pressure-sensor technology in the toothbrush that alerts you if you’re brushing too hard!
Oral health is so so important, guys! I promise you this Oral-B GENIUS 8000 toothbrush is WORTH IT. It removes more plaque removal than any regular manual toothbrush. It’s the best! This toothbrush would also be a great Father’s Day gift option. It’ll be on sale from 6/14 – 6/20 for a discounted rate of $99.99 (such a steal!) at Walmart.

A huge thanks to Oral-B for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
