Baby's Berry First Birthday Party

They say your little one will never remember his or her first birthday, so no need to go all out. WELL, not only will I remember and have sweet memories of her first birthday party, but to me – their first birthday IS a big deal. Brielle has went through so many milestones within her first year, and I think that’s all worth celebrating in a big way! CJ asked me how much we’ve spent on her parties and all I have to say is, don’t worry about it 🙂

The whole story of why we had two parties for Brielle is that we were always going to have her first birthday party in NYC, but since my family wasn’t able to attend, we added on her Texas birthday party! Anyways, back when Brielle was about 3 months old or so, I saw a luxury birthday picnic setup at our nearby park which overlooks the NYC skyline. Since then, I always knew I wanted to throw a picnic party there for her first birthday. Brielle also LOVES strawberries (it’s her absolute favorite fruit – she could just eat them all day long) and she is super sweet, so the theme was just perfect.

A moment for the cake. Cake is from a local bakery and they definitely brought my inspo to life!! It was so delicious. Then I just got a custom cake topper & it was perfect.
